Which situation do you prefer and why? What problems do you face in the environment that you are least comfortable with and how do you deal with those issues?

One on one for me is much easier because I find the group conversational dynamics to be much more complex. I also have more eyes staring me down when I speak. I tend to be quieter in a group setting, as a result.

One on one is best. However I can handle small groups. When the focus is on me I tend to get anxious.

What do you do to overcome the challenges you face when in a group setting?

Be quiet and pleasant and pass on the conversation to others quickly (by asking questions) if you're uncomfortable with talking at length about yourself.

one on one. in groups I'm quiet especailly if I don't know them that well. usually I just say the odd thing and I don't like it when all eyes are on me because I end up talking funny and looking at the floor which makes me look really shy.
There have been times where I'm with a group of people I don't know well and they ask me "can you actually talk???"

I'm alright in small groups.

When the focus is not on me. I just contribute to the topic. Like if we are talking at karate about sparing I might say something I like about sparring. Sometimes I wait until some one approaches me. I am more quiet and just listen.

I prefer groups. Attention isn't entirley on me. And not half as bloody awkard.

I hate working in groups, I can't do teamwork well and the other people in the group usually ignore me then complain when I haven't done anything.

In terms of presentations and anything like it I'd prefer a large group. I really mess up on eye contact when it's one person.
When it's talking to someone in a general conversation, one-to-one on certain subjects, most I PROBABLY prefer a group now that I come to think of it. If I say something stupid not that many people will notice.
When working and it's either a group or one person, I'd prefer one person I know well, if I don't know them well then partners, but I tend to just ask if I can work on my own. For most things I can.
