Is it healthy for someone to be 6'1-6'2 and weigh 224 pounds of body fat etc...? I am just trying to learn the science behind the human body and human motabilisims etc...

At 6'2" 224lbs, Your body mass index is close to the normal range, so that isn't very accurate. No one can really tell you, because everyone is built different. What is over weight for one person, is under weight for another, even if they have the exact same height and weight. You defiantly don't seem like you would be over weight though, especially if you have a lot of muscle mass. Here is a slightly more advanced body fat test you can do using a ruler or caliper. Still wont be totally accurate but will give you a idea
