Oh my God. India's government should have to start providing suicide prevention. They musn't have very good mental health care for there to be that many suicides. That's terrible!

By damming the waters, it looks like the Indian GOVERNMENT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS. Rather than setting up suicide prevention hot lines, it would be better for the government to make restitution to the farmers.
