I just converted to Firefox and I'm looking for good add-ons.

Orwell suggested Tab Mix Plus. I like it very much - thanks Orwell.

Anyone else got a Firefox add-on they can recommend?

Adblock Plus is a must.
DownloadHelper lets you download Youtube videos & other media.
IE Tab (Windoze only) allows me to use Firefox at work (we have some work-related software that "only" works in IE.)
[and there are a *very* few websites that are written specifically for IE & don't load correctly in Firefox.]

I second the call for AdBlock Plus. If I only had one add-on, it would be adblock plus.

My current list of addons:
AdBlock Plus- a necessity
Autopager- Scrolls through multi-page sites (such as Google results) for you, making it one long page
bab.la dictionary toolbar- Has an onboard translator, I normally keep it hidden
BetterPrivacy- Excellent if you're a paranoid schizophrenic and don't want Google tracking your search trends
ColorfulTabs- Because it's pretty
DownThemAll- Download accelerator
Fast Video Download- Get Youtube videos
Foxmarks/Xmarks- keep bookmarks synced across multiple machines
Greasefire- spoon-feeds Greasemonkey scripts to you
Greasemonkey- customize the Internet
Personas- Instant theming for Firefox
Speed Dial- Clone of Opera's feature of the same name, convenient way to access your favorite sites
Tab Preview- mouse-over a tab to get a thumbnail preview of it
TabMixPlus- you know what this does
Twitterfox- keep up with all the inane crap
Wikipedia toolbar- very nice, but I normally keep it hidden to cut down on clutter

And one or two others that I think are disabled at the moment.

EDITED to add descriptions.

That's what I used to say until I discovered all the extensions I currently use.

Web of Trust (WOT) is great. Users can rate websites and view the ratings given by other users before visiting the website and picking up a virus, or before buying from that website and getting poor customer service.
