At first I thought I was reading a story I posted elsewhere, then I saw that this was happening in Texas and
and in the article: ".....In March, police obtained the videos recorded on 16 days between late 2007 and early this year. ..." Which indicates that both these incidents were occurring within the same span of time. This sort of crap might be more widespread than we thought.
