| I had the yeeturus surgery done almost 4 years ago, and it was the best thing I've done because of a large ovarian cyst, so I had the ovaries removed at the same time. Most women get to keep their ovaries, especially if there's nothing wrong with them as it's better not to go into surgical menopause... |

| At least, you can make the choice not to have kids, including going as far as sterilization. Personally, I love being an aunt as sooner or later, the nieces or nephews go home with their parents. |

| I occasionally have brain fog and low energy, but that's more because of chemotherapy for stage 1a ovarian cancer. It's done as a precaution after having my ovaries and uterus removed, as the cancer cells were found in the fluid of the large cyst I had on my right ovary. |
