And besides. If you land anywhere with the best education you can get - to do anything real WITH it you have to self teach or be stuck in like kindergarten. Learning to self teach and self motivate is the best preo.

No it cannot be proven I exist. I don't think I exist because I think. I assume I exist until proven otherwise - science, right? Unique truth - either you believe , and it is NOT verifiable - that there is TRUTH - that the cat is REALLY dead (or alive, I haven't opened the box yet] not BOTH dead and...

If I were having my ex's baby - which thanks God is not about to happen - I would let him know just out of decency. Whether I let him be involved would depend. On lots of things.

"Perhps said while sitting on your mammy's couch" - I have NO vaguest what you meant by that. Nobody further from New Age than I am, but what does "pseudo-New Age" even mean? Bottom line. You want what you want - Quote. You want to moan and sulk - Quote. You don't have to want th...

Reminds me of my pretty much neurotypical sister. She was into something new agish. Mom looks at one of her books - pretty way out. "Do you actually believe this?"

Sis says, "I don't know whether I believe it, but it's cool."

It happens - I got myself out of academics, but I saw and heard a lot. The thing that hits me - if it is that hard to get into a topic - it may be wrong. A woman I knew at the U and have kept up with had to drop out- uber stress - anmd is a lot better for it. Are there things outside you get excited...

Like - how emotionally mature are 90% of the people having sex ll over the tabloids?

Plus - I have had to realize - emotionally diffedrent is NOT automatically emotionally immature. If we have to be normal before sex can happen they hain't a-gonna be no human race nohow.

Chummy - just curious - HOW can you respect EVERYBODY's religious views? Meistersinger - I'm 1/4 Pennsylvania Dutch - western maryland overshoot - on my mother's father's side. You are right about the problem of "inerrancy in the nonexistent autographs." I go for the KJV, but not because o...

Like I can solve all my own problems. Still - Every one of us has a path - we walk one step at a time, we can't see round the corner. Head for college - if it's not for you you'll be blocked. Head for something else - the path could twist and dump you in college. After all, the biggerst thing is - d...

Which English Class? Some of them split English and Lit - not sure which was worse, though I was better at the English. A lot of Lit I just do NOT get. "On a side note, I also noticed that some of the best teachers I've had were male English teachers, and female English teachers were uncreative...

Pretty basic trinitarian - we're unchurched, too off-center for most congregations. I like the Catholic Mass, but can't fully buy in. M is more nondemoninational charismatic in worship. We do fine togetyher, jujst don't play well with others.

I may not be the one to talk- M and I went into it virgin. But I have a good friend who had a long wrong marriage and a couple uncommitted sex romps or near misses - he says the uncommitted encounters just tasted bad and he should have waited for the Miss Right he eventuiaslly got. It sounds corny -...
