| GRRRRRRRRRRRR  Im sorry, but I have very little patience and tolerance for people who have thoughts of harming animals UNLESS its out of revenge for an unprovoked attack. Violent thoughts towards people make a lot more sense because in reality the worse enemy of mankind is himself. I agree. I... |

| My dad died alcoholic and homeless a few years back. I am pretty sure he had AS from the descriptions I got from his family (he left when I was 4). I think this is a situation where all you can do is let him know how bad you think things are, point him in the direction of some help and let him know ... |

I will have to figure out how to paste an image in my post, but I rarely smiled on picture, except the occasional weird giggle because I was uncomfortable.
I always that distant, almost creepy look going on. |

| I dont know what your specific daily life is like but i actually found that my daughter was very flexible and willing to follow whatever schedule I was on. I would say, again without knowing you, that you should forget everything you think you are supposed to do and what is considered a good mother ... |

| I am actually more concerned about my daughter (and future children) might not be aspies. My daughter is all sociable and NT-like and it scares me a little sometimes. Her bio-dad (my idiotic ex) told me as part of his argument in favor of me murdering my baby while she was in my uterus, that I would... |

| I saw that too and I always get very irritated when I see her. I am against vaccination for children and find it annoying that people like her get all the attention. Same thing for autism. Awareness is good but what she is advocating is just plain hateful. She kept saying her son 'died in front of h... |

I would not recognize myself if I walked in front of myself.
I can't see any resemblance when I look at my daughter either. I am told she has my eyes or whatever but I don't see it. |

| My problem with articulating ideas is actually two problems. 1. When I try to explain something, I am always aware of all of the possible issues with my theory and with the choice of words, so I need to go on forever about the definition of the words I am using within the specific social context the... |

I only space out that way (completely oblivious to the world around) when I am alone
Otherwise, I kind of shut down but am still aware of the sounds around me, like the TV or whatever. Someone can be talking to me and I can hear it, but I still dont respond or process it. |

| I dont know if it was really the oxytocin from the cologne, but I breastfeed and can testify to the extremely calming effect of oxytocin. After I nurse, I am completely relaxed and anxiety, stress and other uncontrolled emotions tend to go away for a little while. I would double check the credential... |

| I never had any kind of real relationship with my mother even though I lived with her until I was 15. I told her last year that I had Asperger's and she just replied by saying "That's ridiculous, you were perfectly normal growing up." I don't want to get into all the ways in which I was not normal, ... |

| My question was, why do people think that once gendered expectations are destroyed (ie; all girls like pink) that the sense of ones body will no longer matter, so trans people will not want to transition, because everyone is, for lack of a shorter synopsis, able to like pink freely? Lack of gendere... |

| I wish I had more time to properly respond. This is a very interesting discussion but I'm too tired to make much sense. About public restrooms, I strongly believe that we should be moving towards gender-neutral washrooms in public places. I hate every single place in life where we have to commit to ... |

| I am completely hopeless at coordinating clothes so I tend to go the more radical route. From the ages of 15 to 20, I wore nothing but pink. It didn't matter what shade of pink or style of clothes, I just wore pink. After that, as an adult and a mother (and a lecture from my ex after I bought him a ... |

Fantasies of rape or any other kind of power-based relationships are very common and normal no matter what angle you are approaching it from. This has nothing to do with 'h... |
