| I had to go to a and e for some stitches for my hand. I told my parents I fell over and my mum said it served me right :( I have a therapist appointment today which I’m half glad about. | Oh yes more than anything. I'm 16 now but I miss the times I was six. Life was easy, care free and I had no mental health problems ... but now I'm a mess. My mind is breaking. Going out is impossible unless I protect myself and panic attacks happen all the time. I hate being even a little bit older ... |

I’m back to school tomorrow. I’m terrified. I told my parents, said I’m scared and can’t cope. Already had a panic attack today and they said grow up you’ll be all right.

| I like trees. Some are really beautiful especially at the start of spring when they start to flower and look beautiful again. What I dislike is how sometimes branches can fall in the wind or if the tree is old. I'm always half worried that one will fall and kill me. |

| Whether I should go out or not and then if I accidentally wound someone if I bump into them, and then if that happened would I feel anything. And also what I want to have for tea, soup or beef. |

| When I go out I take an object to protect myself which gives me comfort. And when I am at home I have my special blanket and polar bear teddy which gives me a lot of comfort. |
