| The age shown on my profile is now off one year. I put in the correct birth date but it shows 41 instead of 42. |

| They are been very nice and enjoyed volunteering with me. This person has hugged me (I didn't ask, they offered.) I make small talk with them. |

| Good point. No one enjoys therapy. However, I have low self esteem and the idea of therapy is too complicated. |

| So I have low self esteem. Is it weird that I never want to see a therapist, counselor or physiatrist because I don't want them telling me how to feel about myself? If they did, things wouldn't go well in the appointment. I find the idea of therapy too complicated it just isn't for me. |

| Do any of you struggle with self blame? I feel like blaming myself for things that aren't my fault. For example, my friend told me on the phone the other day her other friend (can't remember what exactly she said) is struggling at job and I said I'm sorry. And then my friend says it's not your fault... |
