I was crying and I think maybe I mentioned self esteem to my good friend on the phone. She said I shouldn't be hard on my myself and I haven't like it in the past when she has said similar things like self compassion for example and I mentioned to her I don't have good self esteem and I find it to c...

I'm a 40 year old autistic woman and I hate my PMS mood swings. I don't want to take birth control pills. Are there any non-prescription pills that help with the mood swings of PMS?

I thought he went too fast past me. But you're right, I shouldn't assume he can speak.

When I was on the sidewalk today and some young (maybe someone in his teens or early twenties) guy in a scooter went past me, and he didn't say excuse me I called out to him "Bas****!" He didn't hear me although I know I reacted poorly. If I was more upset I maybe would have said something...

It's no one's fault but I don't really like sympathy when I tell someone an problem I have. I feel I don't deserve sympathy and I would rather have a solution to a problem than a listening ear, which is why a counsellor would not be good for me. Do any of you feel the same way?

Is it weird that in a virtual aspie group I'm often the last one to speak yet in real life/in person I'm often quite loud? I feel in the virtual group I have barley anything to say, yet in real life I have too much to say.
