I'm newly discovered ND adult of 43 and am happy that I am getting some relief from the social pressure I have always felt. Lotta of layers to peal back, but hopefully no more utter confusion. WOW! it is like I finally got 'permission' to enjoy being alone and not feel guilty for not worshiping some...

Nice introduction and happy to read it. I'm newly discovered ND adult of 43 and am happy that I am getting some relief from the social pressure I have always felt. Lotta of layers to sift thru, but hopefully no more walking into walls.
