Prettymuch finished with Dragon Quest II HD, so now it's back to VI. Playing the DS remake right now, trying to catch up to where I left off on the SFC original. I kind of forgot where I left off, so this is a good way to refresh. Zork I I need to get back to those games, I always loved them but I t...

Working on your portfolio is probably the best way to get in. I don't know much about voice acting, though. I'm not sure of any game dev studios in LA that would be worth shooting for? There are studios all over the place, but I imagine that for voiceover work, most of them probably don't do that in...

I did not, we were too busy playing it.

My favorites were always Super Mario Bros 3, Dragon Warrior 3, most of the Zelda games (1, LttP, and LA at the top), EarthBound...

Never really got to play either of the Lufias. One of these days.

I haven't played it very much, but I do own it.
If I'm far enough into it to receive friend codes, I can give it a shot if you still need.

Dragon Quest I-III HD
Zelda II FDS
Banjo Kazooie
Not necessarily in that order.
Maybe some other ones too, I'm not sure. It's been a little while.

I do have some bonus dungeons in the DQ games left, but eh...they're not very enjoyable.

nothing irredeemable (like big rigs, crazybus etc.), and nothing too expensive, just bad, or eh. "nothing too expensive", ooh, that really narrows it down. I'm always surprised to find out how expensive some games are... Sometimes I get in a mood for bad games, and for me that's kind of t...

I wouldn't play games on a bus, I can't even read inside a moving vehicle, I'd get car sick in less than a minute. No good.

I've played games in waiting rooms and at work before, but on things like Game Boys that I can fit in my pocket. I don't really use laptops for travel very often.

I don't think I ever did legit, I know my friend let me borrow a Game Genie and I got one that way (Red/Blue). My brother was always going to Toys R Us and got one there. I wasn't really into the TCG so I never went. I played around with the MissingNo. glitch too, I don't think I got a Mew that way,...

10 PRINT "HELLO WORLD." I can't say I'm a very prolific programmer, I'm always learning new things. I know a bunch of C, and HTML (a little CSS), and was trying to learn some Java not too long ago. Being able to think of how to order the algorithms can be tricky sometimes, depending on wh...

We saw it. I don't know what my kid thought of it, but I thought it was at least better than the book. Not quite as good as the previous movies, but it had its moments. Usually I like reading the books to him, because they skip most of the silliness and stick to the main story, but that left this no...

^why else would someone go to all the trouble & effort to cheat though? Is she Autistic/neuro-divergent too? A lot of cheating isn't trouble and effort at all...seems like for some people, it's more effort to be faithful. But there are numerous reasons people cheat. Especially when BPD is invol...

Well...possibly a false alarm/misunderstanding? We had a long talk this morning and she claims the photos she took (before we broke up) were for a (female) co-worker...not sure I really buy that story, but for the sake of my sanity I am going to try to believe it. She was honest about some of the mo...

I don't know how people cope with being cheated on, I am absolutely losing my mind here. Really just one of the worst feelings in the world. It's partly my fault, for giving her another chance, knowing full well that it would likely happen again. It also probably didn't help that I went mute on her,...
