Terrible with names and faces. I try to avoid calling by name. Do a lot of nicknaming, rarely unintentionally use to owner's face. interesting, that reminds me of shrub [last POTUS]- NOT that i am comparing you with him! but gwb usually used nicknames with his staff- for example, he called karl rov... |

San Francisco, California- the only city i would bother to use capital letters on. the littlest big city in the world, or is it the other way? the city so nice, songs have been written about it. perfect weather- if you don't like it now, just wait 15 minutes. almost never too cold nor too hot. just ... |

it has long been known as a pleasant resting place for the deceased which goes under many names- paradise, the elysian fields, nirvana, heaven, the afterlife, et al. most religions include it in their philosophy. a majority of folk in opinion polls believe they will end up there sometime in the futu... |

there is something aesthetically displeasing to me, about those ultra-low profile tires with fat shiny rims/wheels on so many folks' cars nowadays. they remind me of wagon wheels. ugly. plus they ride rough. how many folk here prefer old-fashioned high-profile tires and smaller wheels? just wonderin... |

joining the army during the reagan recession [1983] was #1 on my list of things never to do, but i got tired of being homeless after being laid-off for months and losing my apartment, so reluctantly i signed on the dotted line. the recruiter didn't deliberately deceive me, though he did underplay lo... |

Being bullied by jocks all through school didn't do anything to increase my enjoyment of sports activities, but I was disinterested in televised sporting events long before that. My dad watched football a lot, but I'd go to my room and find something else to do. I do think its cool though how they ... |

I hate doing this, it's embarrassing. A woman once told me when I told this to her, "Oh, it's okay. I work with senile people; I'm used to it." Uh, thanks...I think. everybody has had their turn at saying something even remotely insensitive. i have done it, and would wager that you also have done i... |

when my brain is overtaxed [overstimulation, just too damned many things going on at once] i usually forget the social niceties. this is normal, more or less, for the human brain, AS or not. in general, conversation in mixed company is a minefield- too many individual specifics to keep precise track... |
