Yes I ignore the phone especially if I know its work calling. I get very anxious when the phone rings because I'm afraid it might be someone who wants to yell at me.

Yes being an Aspie should not preclude you going to jail. If you do the crime, you should do the time. However, in certain cases I think there should be leniency on the basis of a mental disorder, but what if the case is rape or murder, the person should definitely go to jail regardless of AS or not.

Keep in mind that Asperger's might not be eliminated from the DSM, its just something that's being discussed. I feel that it probably will remain in the DSM.
