I was diagnosed with aspergers about 12 months ago and have been showing all the symptoms of ultra rapid cycling bipolar including severe mania, delusions and auditory and visual hallucinations. A consellor i see says I have bipolar as well. I have b... |

Hello.
I transitioned about 12 years ago from male to female. For what its worth my experience with HRT brought alot of emotions that were pretty uncontrollable. It was a completely new experience for me. I have been off HRT for around 5 years now and those emotional hits have disappeared |

ive had some suprising success with meditation more than i expected. with a bit of preperation i can detatch from physical pain for around 15-20 minutes after the meditation stops. Its a weird feeling to be able to observe pain but not react to it |

It backfired and apparently i do have it but yeah, i stil have alot of trouble dealing with that |

A social worker kept suggesting aspergers and she found out there was apparently a specialist living near by with 20 years of experience so i ended up going along for an assessment mainly to go "see its not that". After going over my history, childhood, how i view people, my interests. He sat there ... |

I have the opposite of this, it's one of the things that makes me dubious about whether I fit the Aspie profile or not. I sense other minds very well, obviously I can't read minds but I have a pretty keen sense of how the gears are turning. I perceive it as something almost like a visual symphony. ... |

Why stick to a social norm if I don't need to? Because you can't smell your own scent unless it becomes really ripe and pungent. Your brain tunes out smells that you are constantly surrounded by, to allow you to better recognize and distinguish new and unusual scents. Did you ever notice that when ... |

It is a hard one for me to deal with. my interests havent changed since i was 16 and im 39 now. As for emotional maturity that too seems to of stagnated around 15/16.
So in my case yes it does make me immature. |

the original was excellent and tacky sci-fi mega violent fluf.. this is definitely darker, grittier and a lot more serious not to mention probably has next to nothing to do with the original. which begs the question why even bother tring to the remake route |
