I don't agree with him on everything (especially foreign policy), but I really hope he wins the GOP nomination. His record presents a picture of a man with honest conviction. I'm very, very cynical about politicians, but if I were to ever trust one to govern as they promised, I would trust Ron Paul.

Judaism is not a religion and an ethnicity, but there is a religion called Judaism and a Jewish ethnicity.

Seriously. I disagree with each of them on a number of issues, but I'm sick of people who disqualify other people from the "sane" column solely because of their political beliefs.

It is true that a "true Christian" would be perfectly good and willingly give away most of his possessions to the poor. That being said, a few points: 1) By your definition, there are no "true Christians" alive today, not even in deed rather than belief, thereby rendering the term by your definition...

Depends. Do you mean the "in love with" feeling, or the intellectual decision to desire whatever is best for someone? It also depends on what you mean by true love. I don't see how the unrequited part factors in, though; I don't see how the nature of one's love can be dependent on the subject's reac...
