What is the worst that can happen if I decide not to get this treated, though surgery or medication? I just keep having the episodes? Will there be futher damage to my brain if I just left it alone? |

You will definitely see a difference in how your body reacts to running, as opposed to biking. Try it. Don't stop biking, that's good too. Make running primary and biking secondary if that helps. |

Instead of walking in the woods, try running. Coat your brain with natural endorphin secretion (try it daily) and you might find yourself a bit better. |

"if I've not found love or success as a creator of films by 30, it clearly won't ever happen , and I'd rather be dead." Why is 30 the magic number? I don't get it.. Oh, you chose it to be 30. Don't say clearly, implying 100%, use a word something like probably/possibly. Go for it, work on your film.... |

turn off your phone. so, on dec. 23-24 turn it off, until its over. don't accept the guilt your mother puts on you. dominate it. ignore it. you have your own life, interests, problems and things to deal with. you are your first priority, not your mother's guilt trips for dragging you to inane chit c... |

i've tried "re-opening coffins" in my experience, it wasn't worth it. if you have to do it to get past and over a nostalgic phase go ahead and do it to finally "nail it shut". that's better than just wondering what could have been because you (thought) they were worth it due to emotion. sometimes, y... |

I read this once, and it helped me somewhat.. worry = simmering fear. write down your worry. "we bubble away in our little pots of worry. So, the first thing to do is face what it is that worries us, and then define it by writing it down." "How can you realistically wriggle out of the problem? " wri... |

Leaving it alone is not an option, so if your answer is "ignore him", "keep walking" or anything along those lines, just go away. Sometimes by himself, and sometimes with one or 2 or 3 other people. Impossible to predict which one of the above will happen. just keep those in mind. If possible, state... |
