I find this part even harder to deal with when someone tries to help and they don't even try to acknowledge my point of view. I know exactly what you mean, and it makes me even more frustrated, as well. It is no help at all to offer your advice/opinion when you have no understanding of what the per...

Does this drive anyone else batshit insane? Why do some people incessantly ask questions of me, and request information (information that takes time, patience, etc, to teach them) that is very obviously easy to find online? An example would be how to use an interface on an online game, when all of t...

Yeah, I remember one of the things that bothered me about my father was his fake smile... He was always fake smiling to get what he wanted and it bothered me because he was actually not friendly at all, he was a manipulative a**hole. Every time he did his sh***y fake smile all I could thing was "lia...

[i]"If you make it clear that they don't get to have you unless that condition of yours is met (cause either it's you they accept or some non-existent version in their heads), THEN is when they'll roll over and play ball. You know, I figured the same thing myself at one point. However, it turned ou...

Does this get to anyone else? Unless I am sharing an enjoyable moment with someone I know well, I feel like it is an offense, or like I am being manipulated. It irritates me.

I also don't like it when people brag. It makes them seem like know it alls, or that all they like to talk about is themselves. I can't stand big egos. A big ego doesn't turn me on and I was never attracted to cocky people, anyways. Yeah, what I like best is when people have a good/realistic sense ...

I played WoW for many years. I believe it is a very bad time to start it right now. If Pandaclysm turns out to be awesome, then by all means go for it, but so many of the best developers have been pulled away from the project, and the quality of the end-game is just piss poor lately.

It bothers me as well. I figure it's because I become intimidated, and then their bragging somehow entices me to act out in a similar somehow ultimately dumb way. It's hardwired into the human animal or some metaphor to that effect.. and it's annoying. Much like being horny and feeling inevitably c...

The special interest that has stuck with me most consistently, for the longest, is physical cosmology. It is strange though, because despite how much the topic captivates me, I know very little of the meat.

I scored above the high-multitasking marker considerably but I feel like this is a different kind of multitasking then I usually consider multitasking to be... It strikes me as a singular task to just follow a series of rules. If x do y, then if a then b ETC If I am actually trying to manage two tas...

Once I am actually in the shower, the water temperature is right, things are okay... But I tend to procrastinate for forever with actually doing it. I make sure to shower the vast majority of days but I'll admit it is a struggle willing myself to do it. I feel very impatient preparing to shower and ...
