It was said that a corporation was a creative way to make no one responsible, likewise for most group projects. I wised up to that, and promised them a free A if they just didn't interfere while I did the work. Otherwise, it would just be more work for me in the end fixing what they broke.

Whatever resembles school the least. Heh heh... the only thing I would do that resembles school is attempt to memorize the entire periodic table, complete with atomic symbols, common oxidation states, names of the elements and atomic masses... and electron configurations. ;) I find it much more use...

Depending on how one approaches the question, one should keep in mind one is selecting the lesser of many evils that are by no means small...frankly, I think the university system is about as compatible with Aspergers as a floppy disk is compatible with a DVD player. I'd advise to be very cautious u...

I wouldn't worry about it, if they don't like what they see, they can look away. You are just as entitled as anyone else to use a stall.

Quix' solution is simple and elegant, but fabricate a paper trail just in case. Can't hurt to cover your bases.

This is pretty much in-line with what I've heard, and trust me, I've heard my share of horror stories regarding dorms...one of the reasons I've avoided university thus far since I cannot afford a decent apartment near campus.

Yeah, I agree with dimesiontraveler. Just be confident in what you are saying, everyone gets nervous doing a presentation. Just don't be like me and get very upset when people are rude. Now THAT is a mess. :) I had a similar problem, I tried zoning out the audience and instead gauge the expression ...

I'm somewhat fortunate in that I can take care of myself living on my own, so that does not complicate things. Since I tend to get stressed to a breaking point (happened twice: 10th grade, first year at community college) when things go badly, from the perspective of both financial risk and mental h...
