Yep, clothes shopping sucks. I've been in need of various items for months now, but just can't find anything I like. Plus now I'm shopping for a wedding dress. I've seen hundreds and liked maybe 4. I shall have to take the pics of those few to a dressmaker and have one made.

We have plans to homebrew once the renovation is finished. But the way the renovation is going (or not ;) ), we might just start brewing and be done with it.

Wok hei ftw :) Mine is pressed steel - big, cheap and fabulous! I have become addicted to char kway teow. Tonight I intend to do a simple summery stir-fry of tofu and broccolini, with garlic and probably lemongrass and chilli. I need a new wok brush, though. Mine was past its prime and I tossed it.

I was diagnosed at Glen Iris Psychology by Sally Rigley, who is a colleague of Richard Eisenmajer's. I recommend diagnosis, if only for your peace of mind. Having confirmation of the reasons behind your various strengths and weaknesses can help you to take advantage of or work around them.

I think one of the biggest problem in my life right now is this habit of mine of unwillingly replaying negative memories in my head to the point of obsession. ... This is the part a lot of people don't get: I cannot make the memories go away. They are intrusive. They come uninvited into my brain .....

Isn't she naturally brunette? That tvwiki page showed a pic of her "at a young age", with medium-brown hair. So this is just her undoing artificial blonde-ness, rather than creating artificial brunette-ness.

I was 34. It hasn't made a difference to who I am of course - I'm still me but with a label for my weirdness. But understanding why and how I'm different is helping me to be more comfortable in the NT world. I'm working out strategies for making myself understood to NTs when I need to, and I'm able ...
