I'm curious if anybody has completed, or is in the process of an MBA program. I finished my GMAT, and I'm writing my application essays, but there's a nagging feeling that the collaboration required for the coursework will be very difficult for me. An MBA is different from a standard academic degree...

My guesses: Ravenclawgurl is on the right, wearing silver shoes and reading the piece of paper. (Song Lyrics, perhaps?)

Everyone in the picture is on the spectrum because it was a Autism related function.

How did I do?

You're correct in taking the step-by-step approach. The classwork will build on itself, so make sure you're understanding the initial concepts. They won't expect you to know anything that wasn't taught, so if you take good notes, ask questions when you don't understand, and work out the problems, yo...

How can I afford a $37,000 car if the combined income isn't at least $100,000, and where I depend solely on my own income? Serious question: Which would you rather have, a Buick Enclave, or eternal love with a compatible woman? For the sake of the hypothetical question, assume you must choose one. ...

I just took a pottery class, and I loved it. Here's some tips: 1. You may need more water, but if you use too much, be sure to have a small sponge handy to soak it up. 2. Centering the clay was the hardest part for me. I finally got the hang of it, but not for a while. I had a difficult time applyin...

Here's my current stable: http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/6780/img1389nm8.jpg Far left is a Cordoba that is kept in alternate tunings, depending on what piece I'm playing. Next to that is my newest member--a renaissance lute. Next is the "Silent Guitar" by Yamaha that I play at night so I don't b...

Interesting, with me, I call myself "You" as if I were talking to somebody else.

Constantly (only in private!). Sometimes it's not real words, just gibberish, but tone of the "words" would make my meaning clear if anybody ever heard me.

I also have a roundish "babyface". (I'm a guy). I don't fully believe that we share common physical similarities due to a neurological condition however. I think it may be a case of looking to find similarities, then retroactively attributing them to AS. If you think something's there, you'll find i...

I'm completely devoted to playing my guitar. I play classical music, and it's all I want to do. However, if my life depended on it, I couldn't write anything resembling a melody. I interpret. I learn the pieces I want, and study the theory and instrument, but I simply don't have the ability to write...

I think the subject of "washboard abs" is a bit off topic, and not relevant to the advice I gave. what else can i do to flatten my belly? I'm assuming that aaronrey is concerned about losing weight, and is also relatively inexperienced when it comes to exercise routines. (Forgive me if I'm incorrect...

To Aries: Good points, thanks for clarifying. My main point was that heavy weighted ab exercises won't make his stomach smaller, and I do believe that if weights are used, they could result in bigger muscles. I'm not against resistance training for abdominal development, I just think weights are unn...

Use weigths when doing sit-ups, and use 10 to 30 repetitions and 3 sets. I disagree. The abdominal muscles are muscles, just as any other muscle group, and will respond the same way when subjected to weight training. If weights are used, the muscles will get larger , which is the opposite of what i...
