MBA for people with AS?

I'm curious if anybody has completed, or is in the process of an MBA program. I finished my GMAT, and I'm writing my application essays, but there's a nagging feeling that the collaboration required for the coursework will be very difficult for me. An MBA is different from a standard academic degree due to the social and networking expectations, and I'm not too confident.

Has anybody done it? How did you get through it?

A side note--I realize that there are online altenatives, but I have the qualifications to get into a top school, so I want to take advantage of that. Plus, I want to improve my social ability.
