This is your chance to make a difference in the autism world, I don't care if you code in Django, Ruby or PHP, if it's is ACID compliant, I'm fine.

so, I'm looking for one or two coders who know they way around building web apps, maybe you can't design but you must at least have good taste and know when something looks ugly. Knowledge or at least having heard about Drupal is a plus.

computerlove, I'm done already, though its hard to send a link to what I made based on your design parameters. However, its perfectly compliant and VERY light on memory. Its also flexible and you can configure it any way you imagine it.
