I finally deleted World of Warcraft.

Take that, you money-sucking fantasy wasteland!

I also deleted Quake III Arena. Let this sacrifice be a tribute to the meaninglessness of gaming competition.

Edit: Sorry, should have gone in the games section. Oh well.

Now I can use my computer for better purposes.

thats a hard thing to do man... I applaud your ability to recognize how horrible those games can become...

I still havent gotten the balls to erase my copy, I still have some strange fear that I'll be really bored one day and want to play another WSG game...


who the hell am I kidding!?!? I need to go delete it now!

Grats on finally removing the scourge from your computer.

I spent a year and a half solid playing WoW. Got a lvl 60 hunter with lots of purple shiny things... sigh. It was fun but i did it too much, I pretty much didn't leave my house for the entire time... killed ragnaros though :).

ps:- mental note to self, do not buy expansion pack.

Medieval 2 patch should be out soon, which will render all other games pointless anyway. 8)

Acttually, it isn't all that old. It's only about two or three mounths old (Unless I got confused about the date again :lol:) infact. I seen much older threads being bumped in my lifetime. Even ones that are about three years old!

all games that require "subscriptions" like WoW and evercrack are evil and should be treated as controlled substances.

I deleted most of the games from my PC in an attempt to make it easier to concentrate on school. It has helped slightly, but not much. As for WoW, good job deleting that. It's probably the worst game you can own, and like other people said, games that charge a monthly fee, suck.
