I have application that use a table written I java that uses table. When I cut-&-paste table into this application because it just fill up one cell with all the date.

I have to quite literally copy all of the data into this table by hand. It takes all day . There must be a more advanced version cut and past that can do this.
If I could cut-and-past a row at a time at tleast that would be something. If I could make the curser move to one line then past into next cell then move on.

As ahayes says, I think we need a few more clues.

If you have no source for the application concerned, the chances are you are stuck. Email the authors, rewrite the application, or find an alternative application that does work properly!

One glimmer of hope, though. Cut&paste buffers can supply data in multiple formats. It is just conceivable that the application you are trying to put the "paste" into is just not quite happy with exactly how you did the "cut". Some apps will have "Paste special" as well, which might help :) , and might not :( .
