Why I think commericializing physical robots would be wrong.

With "learning robots" on the way to the public, wouldn't it be crazy to let these remorseless machines who don't know how much pressure to apply to objects (and living beings) and what is dangerous vs what isn't dangerousrun freely in houses?
Also what follows is my perception of things but "social robots" look plain creepy. Just look at that:
