Voyager, hands down. Seven of Nine is (obviously) the most amazing Star Trek character I've encountered. I love Spock and Data, but neither as much as Seven, if she were human, she'd be the epitome of aspie. I love Janeway too; she's a great mix between Kirk, who shoots first and never asks questions, and Picard, who spends all day dithering over semantics and diplomacy and rarely gets things done efficiently; Janeway knows when to talk, and when to shoot. Plus, all the characters being stuck on a starship so far from home brought in a familial feel that none of the other shows really had, which I really liked. The only part I was disappointed with though was when Seven started dating Chakotay at the end of season seven, it just didn't fit with either of their characters. I felt the same way watching TNG when Worf and Dianna started dating; they were totally wrong for each other, it was obvious from season one Dianna and Riker belonged together. I still hate Nemesis for killing off Data. I also wish they would've made Voyager movie, I think it would be the best one of them all.
At the risk of not sounding like a real Trekkie, I never really enjoyed DS9 that much; I'm only on season 3 now, but I find the characters dry and uninspiring. Odo is my favourite because I'm always fond of the "different" ones, but Sisko and the rest are very flat; they are their jobs and nothing more, we rarely get to see any real emotion from them or any reference to their family or personal lives (with the exception of Miles, who doesn't really count because his family is on board with him). It's also too political for my taste, I enjoy the episodes about weird aliens doing crazy things to the ship and the crew, which we got a lot of in TOS (in fact that was pretty much what the entirety of TOS consisted of) and more in Voyager, but DS9 spent too much time having the space station crew and Starfleet arguing with the Cardassians and then the Bajorans and then the Dominion, and it felt like I was watching a political debate on the news. That said, I will find a way to get through the rest of it, because I couldn't call Star Trek my special interest if I hadn't seen all of it.
