Snobby girls in some of those Tv shows just make me wanna Tear my hair out, jump into the screen, and PUNCH THEM IN DA FACE!!

Here's a curious one: Hugh Laurie in House.

I'm a Brit, he's a Brit, he's a brilliant actor/comedian, I know his voice.

I sat down to watch my first ever episode of House a few days ago, and there he was, with that accent. I couldn't stand it. I tried to watch, but gave up. Maybe I could try again, if it has subtitles and I can turn the sound off.

Sometimes things like that just grate on me. A pity. I gather House is good.

The grand irony is when Laurie did his audition tape for that role, he did an American accent. One of the producers, who was getting tired of audition tapes from Brits playing the stereotypical arrogant, sarcastic British arse, saw Laurie's tape and said "That's want we want! An American!"

People on TV who annoy me...where to begin?

Most the people on E!
Most the people on VH1
Most the people on morning and daytime TV
Most the people on talk shows and reality shows
Essentially everyone on Fox News
etc.

But if I had to choose one person to be banned frorm TV for all eternity right now, it would be Glenn Beck. God, please, someone shut that puffy faced moron up!! !!

What annoys me are those commercial spots for the local news shows. "Chemicals in your house right now could be putting your life at serious risk. We'll tell you why tonight at 11"

I know what you mean. And on the off chance that is actually looks interesting and you tune in, they show maybe five seconds at the very end of the program, partially cut off by commericals and nowhere near as interesting as they orginally made it look. I hate that too.

Most people on infomercials or ads promoting litigation of various types.

One guy that drove me nuts was Matt Lesko, the guy in the court jester suit who promoted all kinds of ways to get free stuff and make money without actually working for it.
