Has anyone here seen The Golden Girls? It's my favorite show ever! When I was younger and first watched the show I became obsessed with it and it was all I would talk about. I still love the show but sadly it doesn't come on TV much anymore.

However my Mom is ordering me the complete DVD set of all seven seasons, so I'll get to watch every episode whenever I want! I get to laugh and cry with my favorite grannies as they sit around eating cheesecake and talking about the good ol days. Man I wish I had grandmothers like Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, and Sophia!

That makes me smile. I used to watch it from time to time with my Grandma. She watches all sorts of tv.

I remember we got it in the UK in the 80's/90's. I used to laugh so much especially with Rose. Blanche had some great looks that she would dish out and Sofia played the part well. I always admired the way the show was character driven and yes they would all make great grandparents.

I watch it sometimes when there is nothing else on. I find some episodes to be funny.

My favorite character on the show has to be Sophia. I love the fact that she's an 80 year old woman with the mouth of a sailor who can say such shocking things and get away with it because she's old. She's also the character who gets into the craziest situations.
