I will be going to see Kung Fu Panda 2 this weekend, but to get to the cinema I will be taking the train from Caldicot to Cardiff. Does anyone think it's weird that a 24 year old man will go through all that just to see a film about a talking panda who knows kung fu? The fact is I love movies including animated ones whether they be classic or even recent films out of my age range, hell one of my favourite all time movies is a recent film How To Train Your Dragon because it's so fricking good.

I don't find it strange at all. A lot of my interests and comforts are very childlike and I am 26 and a mom. Currently my favorite shows are Blues Clues (only with Steve), Big Comfy Couch, and Veggie Tales. I rarely watch shows or movies that have an all human cast, I prefer animation or a combination of animation and real life. I do enjoy documentaries though, on a variety of subjects. I think I am just amused by different things than most people my age, because I sure don't get most of the things the rest of them enjoy.

I'm 20 years old and two of my favorite movies of all time are Alice in Wonderland (2010) and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005). They're both rated PG and were geared towards children.

There are tons of kids films that I like, especially animated ones. As long as the story's good and the characters are memorable, it makes no difference to me if it's a kids film or not.

I'm 27 years old and I just went to see KFP 2 for the second time today by myself. I saw an older guy (late 30s or early 40s) there seeing this film solo as well.

Besides Dreamworks animated films seem more adult-appealing in comparison to today's Disney films. You should be fine. If anything I think you'll like KFP 2 even more than the original. It's actually a darker more mature film in comparison to the original.

Anyone should be able to enjoy Pixar films, and occasionally Dreamworks also delivers.

It helps to think of it as a family friend authentic Kung Fu flick.

I'm 21.

I enjoy a fair amount of animated films. I dislike anime but I really enjoy Miyazaki films and Pixar films like UP and the TOY STORY series.

A lot of my non anime-hobby friends in college love Kung-fu Panda and have re-watched many times over.
