There hasn't been any good movies to see in theatres anymore that's got me pumped up. The most recent film for me was HTTYD 2.

However 2015 has some interesting stuff in the works. I don't really care for The Avengers but I'm sure many will be excited to see its sequel. And of course, the first film of the new Star Wars Trilogy. Also Jurrassic Park is starting a new series of films beginning with "Jurassic World".

The big things I'm excited about:

Pixar will be releasing not one, but two original films (none sequel!! !) with interesting premises.

The Lion King will be a getting a cartoon series on Disney channel called "The Lion Guard" which is sounding more like the type of show they should've made after the first film came out instead of that stupid Timon and Pumbaa series.

The manga Fushigi Yuugi will finally begin the Byakko story arc (the last story to be told). I hope they don't take as long completing as with the Genbu storyarc.

The Walking Dead series will probably be doing the ASZ storyarc starting next year, and I've been really looking forward to that.

But the big event for me will be Kung Fu Panda 3. It's shaping up to look as good as the last film if not even better. I hope it doesn't get swamped at the box office by Star Wars though.

Feel free to share what you're looking forward to in 2015.

Mad Max: Fury Road is #1 on my list. Mission: Impossible 5 would be #2. I can't say I'm really anticipating anything else. I have no interest in Star Wars or The Hunger Games or the superhero craze, and Terminator: Genisys (yes, they're really calling it that) is looking more lame every day. I'll eventually see Jurassic World, Taken 3, and Ted 2, but I won't be in any hurry.
