Here's a very recently diagnosed aspie trying to find out who he really is. I came to the java chat and sort of liked it there so I thought I'd join the forum. I'm an 18 year old guy and I live in a rural enviroment in southern Sweden where I moved 3½ year ago from Stockholm. Been depressed for two and a half years and unsure what to think of the diagnosis, I was kinda hoping you guys could help me figure out.

Hi TheBirdFlu, & welcome to WP.

I hope the site helps you find some answers. There are lots of people diagnosed and some of us who haven't been. I haven't, but I'm pretty confident that I fall in the AS spectrum. When I found out about AS and decided that it fitted me, I was very relieved that I had a good explanation for my personality traits.

Finding this site has been a real bonus. It is even better to know that I'm not alone in the world. You'll find lots of support here.
