Well, if you finding this place pleases you, then it tickles me plum to death.

I'll pull up a chair and and listen, what am I going to hear you play?

Groovy,

I'm all over the map as far as what I play. This week I've been playing lead guitar in a big orchestra type show (kinda Broadway Style), I've played mandolin & steel guitar on a record by a singer from West Africa (very cool music), I did some work with an Icelandic band called Sigur Ros (real dreamy, pretty music), and I'm playing some of my own music with a tuba and drummer this weekend.

I also do jazz, bluegrass, metal, classical, Latin, etc. I just love music and have played it since I was a little kid. A play a bunch of instruments (piano, guitar, steel guitar, mandolin, saxophone, organ, voice, bass...) and have studied it INTENSELY since I was a small child.

Anyway, I'll post some music or some links to some stuff. If you are in the North Eastern US then you have probably heard me playing on some commercials on radio/TV.

Ok, gotta get more coffee!

oh, I'm not Spanish but I do butcher the language.
I'm originally from Mississippi.

Hello and welcome. Cool to be a musician, I am voice trained and love singing and all music. Used to play clarinet and piano but lost my patience with the former as I kept splitting reeds, and the latter, I just never got ahead as fast as I wished.

Umm'k, I'm northeast (of what I don't know). I like to watch the ads, they're better then the programs most times. Which might I be watching for? I want to be a groupie.

I love music. Always been envious of those that can express themselves in other then verbage. Have a bad habit of repeating recordings, I'm currently wondering if I ever listen to the same thing, the same way, each time. Sometime maybe we can sit down and I'll tell you some behind the movie scene storys of what really happened at Woodstock. 8O

Lennon. How a man could put hauntingly great music with a message that the best teachers had been taking books to do, in a 3-4 minutes, still freaking stuns me. I don't cry much, but I did that evening.

Ummm, coffee, nectar of the gods.

Mississippi is a good place to be from, far from. I am in New Orleans, occupied but unconqured.

I too moved to live amoung the cliff dwellers of New York, went to Spanish Harlem to hear a young Mongo Santamaria. Glad to hear it is still rocking.
