I don't exactly need help but I am curious if Wrong Planet is experiencing a glitch.

General Discussion > Getting to know each other > Newbie with AuDHD is confusing me.

I posted to the discussion on 05 Jan 2023, 6:18 pm and I see my post when I open the thread...but...

When I look at the topic it is in, however, it seems to say I've never posted in that thread.

The last column on that view of the forum index lists the name, date and time the last person posted to a thread.

When I look Getting to know each other the icon at the left margin did not have a black dot at the 11-o'clock position. But I suppose that is now a moot point.

Just FYI: site is slow and sloggish for me at present. Is usually much snappier. Maybe a bot attack?

Ah, you meant the icon indication. :lol:

There's a chance it could be date-related, I guess, caused by WP issues since you last posted there.

But I found a thread I'd posted to in 2012, another from 2022 and waddya know, the icon for those threads also shows no "you've posted here" dot so yeah, it was an issue.
"Was", because 2023+ threads seem Ok.

This may be related to the fallout from our unwelcome visitor of June 2023?

I'm afraid I didn't know what to call the "icon indication"...but yeah....that.

And if I'm not the only one affected then it's possible Wrong Planet is just old and rickety.
