I think we and the world are approaching this all wrong

Surprize, surprize...What I mean by this, is we are trying to fit into a NT box it will not work ever...both our employers and we will stay frustrated with our lack of performance as long as we have to do it their way. I think the maximum ultility for an AS employee is to innovate through his superior logic...put him in a position to observe operations and give him the authority to make changes to improve the efficiency and watch productivity increase...This is very threatening to most employers becaise of many factors: Not the way we do thing here, it can't be done that way, all the way to actually seeing the ultility of the change and being threatened by its brilliance...one additional thing is most of the time these solutions must be carried out with no deviation and there is wide spread resistence among the work force...it is truly a dilema...maybe a management /industrial think tank could be established and only hire aspies to come up with creative solutions to common issues. We should find a way to lead, not follow.

"Hello, we are the superior race. Let us master your technology, then you will see that everything will be fine and OK"

That would be great to earn an income from creative discourse. If you decide to set up the operation I would be willing to participate. "InternetThinkTank.org" or some variation perhaps. I can see the headlines already.

Well, I certainly don't have the resources to establish such a facility...I wish I did. But be aware, that what I am proposing would be hard work and would go far beyond the "feed mayonaise to tuna fish" approach as enticicing an idea as that might be, it lacks a practical application...

...which is where the NT scrubs come in and suggest stuff!
Nah, but seriously though, I reckon if NTs and aspies worked together on summat like this = mucho bucks. That's what annoys me a lot about the antagonism on both sides--so much could be achieved, but noooooo........
