Take care of yourself. I am thinking of you, and hoping you will be OK.

Grieving is hard, but it can also mask the symptoms of serious depression. If you have access to professional help, I recommend it - from my own experience, there really is help out there.

Keep reaching out when you need to. Sometimes it just takes a kind word from someone else to keep you anchored.
