Chrono Trigger: Fourteen endings, numerous character choices.
Sims 2: Three was ok but I've spent far more hours with two.
GTA: San Andreas: Just so much to do.
Shemnue: Deepest world I've ever experienced in a game.
Okami: Beautiful and absorbing.

I guess replay value is the main factor here. So I'd have to choose games which are really "creativity toys", or at least have a "creativity toy" mode. Things like Minecraft, The Incredible Machine, etc.

Assuming there would always be people online playing for the rest of their lives.
1. COD Black Ops 2
2. Battlefield Bad Company 2
3 The Sims 3
4.Whacked!
5.Civilization Revolution.
The guy that said Axis and Allies, if we were talking board games then I would definitely pick that.

Sims 2 Fallout 3 Skyrim These three, heavily modded.
Mass Effect 2 Guild Wars 2 or WoW, depends on which my kids play.
+1 however after completing Mass Effect 2 on Insanity, I love the first as much as the second, the third however is a different story. A good game but I didn't like side quest system, I didn't feel as immersed as I did in first two.
