Food definetly needs a change, there was almost no reason for it, the health it heals is so minimal that you have to scoff an unrealistic amount to heal. I actually think that perhaps there could have been a hunger bar, where being full would have health, stamina and magica regenerate quickly, but when, but regenerate slowly and other things when starving.

Another thing on this one since someone brought it up - there is a mod for this that makes the the cooking system a little more (lol...) palatable. It essentially gives you the ability to hijack potion ingredients, turn wheat to flour, make spaghetti or ramen type noodles, tortillas for quesadillas and wraps, extract sugar from apples for candy, while there's a lot of weight it seems on stamina and magica ups you do have plenty of soups and stews that up all kinds of other attributes like one/twohanded weaponry, thieving skills, etc.

The single thing that needs to change is for the developer to make up their mind. either make it x-box exclusive or stop being lazy and adapt the game properly for the ps-3 and PC. these lazy half assed x-box ports are annoying

Storylines.

The Oblivion-to-Skyrim difference is very noticeable. I've read that one of the main directors (of the past game) worked on a very recent release, I think "Kingdoms of Amular" and the present game story is very morose. It goes, "go to this location", and then "listen to someone", then "come back to recent setting" and so forth... Boring! The game was graphically improved in what was missing in certain aspects of Oblivion, but they missed the most important part, the story.

I have a fascination for books. I like to collect tomes in my travels throughout Tamriel. I can read for hours (and have) about the storylines that could have easily been incorporated in the Skyrim rendition, but it again lacks this. So many times did that dumbcouph director mention how the story was going to be a great innovation with the radiant story iteration--- whatever, all it did was break quests for the majority of players. If you kill a shopkeeper he doesn't respawn with family members like what was said-- What a joke, and that director too is a joke. Every time I saw his face on tv trying to promote Skyrim I just wanted to call the cleaners on him, he has the most annoying voice on the planet!!

BTW, hope you are well, Techie.
