For the real threat to 'Progressive' 'multiculturalism', look at the populations in France, Denmark, Finland and the UK who are increasing fed up with this deranged state of affairs.

I should stress that 'multiculturalism' in Canada is most likely nothing like the situation in Europe and it's a massive mistake to say that it is.

Have you been to the UK? Have you seen the state of our dental care? Well, perhaps it's no wonder that the Americans constantly deride us as having bad teeth.

Even very perfunctory dentistry on the NHS is a privilege and not common by any means.

I've been to the UK 3 times actually.......much fun. Didn't notice that the average dental care was any more or less fungy than what I've seen in the USA though.

the biggest threat to multiculturalism is multiculturalsim itself........ destroying all cultures in its path and creating a new world uni-culture.

lol yeah they are very similar. Though they are the same culture, it is just one manifestation of the culture of poverty. There's a few things I'll add to the list:
  • Lack of impulse control
  • Emotional immaturity
  • Anti-intellectualism
  • Violence as a acceptable means to maintaining social order (I'm not necessary talking about a criminal lifestyle, but as a way of regulating people such as solving a dispute between you and your neighbour)
Yes you already said glorification of violence, but I just wanted to make an important distinction between violence as a means to a criminal lifestyle and violence as a means to regulating people who get out of line. Though the culture of poverty doesn't necessarily lead to criminality, there is a lot of overlap between the culture of poverty and the criminal mindset (especially emotional immaturity and lack of impulse control).

PS: While anti-intellectualism is a bad thing, living in an ivory tower isn't a good thing either. Middle class and upper class folks who take a little too much comfort in safe, controlled and stable environments could learn a thing or two from those who grew up in rough environments.

Well, the thread was specifically about white-supremacist hate groups, not some sermon about interracial-dancing about the maypole.

Yes, Mr. Jacob is ranting and raving about how harmonious are Southern-white and southern-black culture. However, we are talking about white-supremacist organizations and the apt-members of like the KKK, which I believe black people are generally precluded from joining. Of course, whenever the topic of race comes up, some liberal will often automatically pour out racial-harmony diatribe in a Pavlovian manner.
