Most expired food is still perfectly safe to eat.
I think they should be more worried about eating school cafeteria food in general, as it's about one step up from Alpo.

Alabama
Kentucky
Arkansas
W. Virginia
Mississippi <---poorest

All Southern states

What's your point the Southern states has the most military bases that the northern states don't have.

Plus the Southern states make up most of the military in America.

Their was a case last year of expird food getting into food lions in North Carolina, and a lot of people got sick from eating the expired food.
