The child in the womb isn't getting the sensory input that a Turkey is getting running around. A turkey is not a human, it's DNA is not human. A turkey (and your brain for that matter) isn't generating new braincells at an astronomical rate.

Fun bit of trivia: Did you know that a newborn infant actually has more brain cells than an adult?

If you follow the Bible, then you know that the answer depends on whether the woman is betrothed.

If the woman is neither betrothed nor married, then the rapist must marry her, and can never divorce her, as long as she lives.

If the woman is either betrothed or married, then the correct response is a quick stoning.

Unless the father is God the Father, in which case the cuckold must raise the child as his own, but keeping in mind that the child is in fact God the Son.

You realize you are inviting intense scrutiny of your own essays?

Further, in a live keyboarding environment, it is rather rude, pointless, and reprisal inviting to handle every finger trip as a spelling issue. Typogaprhic errors and mispellings need to be dsitingwished. Please mark up the last sentence accordingly.

A zef before the first trimester wouldn't have the brain function of a turkey outside of the uterus, either. As for DNA, you seem not to have noticed that most of us find that unimpressive. Likewise growth. What we care about is whether the entity in question can think and suffer at the moment it is killed; a zef in the first two trimesters cannot. At that stage, it is less sentient than a turkey.
Yes, I have heard the trivia about brain cells before... along with the factoid that said cells have practically no connections, compared to a teen or adult brain. Yawn.
