In your opinion, which religion is the only true path? In my opinion they all offer some truth and are potential paths, although the organized religious system often is more fearful and dogmatic.

You forgot to include Scientology in the poll.

Jedi also, as well as oprah's new one. It's usually polite to have an "other" option though.

I'd say Christianity, but I'm not going to try to dictate to God who He chooses to save or not, so I won't go saying that all non-Christians are damned to hell or anything along those lines.

I must protest the lack of an "I Don't Care / Just Show Me the Results" option to the attached poll.

Part of me wants to say Judaism/Islam. Because those are the ONLY truely monotheistic religons out there. The fact that Islam, like Judaism before it, does NOT personify God into any tangible form and regards god and an unseen force is what makes it so modern and rational. Christianity is not very compelling the way it personifies God as this cosmic superhero.

I actually tried to include an "other" option to the poll but it failed to show up.

well, I think, IMHO that the poll have only few selected options, in which fairness could be a good question to ask, given the issue about which one is the "truth", and it is focusing in the most popular ones.

Anyway, for me, this option seems to make more sense: "All religions are potential paths." Although as the nature of it is ambiguos, it can be said that some things from each religion, but not all, to be potential paths.

There is a little problem with this other option: "All religions are false and stupid."
All religions could be false but not necessarily stupid, and... I ask this, can all religions be true and stupid at the same time?

Why would you want to view the results if you don't care?

Short answer: Why not?

Long answer: While I may not care which one is the "only true path," I'm curious to see which religion WP members think is the "only true path."

It's the difference between not caring what the "right" answer to the question is, as opposed to seeing how other people answer the question.

Satisfied?

Both are gross superstitions. Normative Judaism has a substantial ethical content which makes it a good guide to right behavior. Likewise for Unitarian belief and Ethical Humanism. Budhism is a harmless religion and it also promotes ethical behavior.

Islam is an abomination and it drives its most devout followers insane causing them to commit suicide to kill kaffirs.
