My roommate told me about this and I thought it's a joke. Because many people like to say I hate politicians! Let's send a bomb to the Sejm!
And no, it's true 8O

The account I read this morning indicates that the incident was a pilot error. The pilot was instructed to find an alternate landing site, but he continued on.

I hope Poland is able to recover from having basically their whole leadership team wiped out in one go.

We will never be that lucky in the U.S.A.

1. Our planes are better
2. Our pilots are better
3. The executive branch would not all fly on the same plane.

Apparently what happened was one Polish pilot + one over age Tupelov + one heavy fog day at Smolensk = one major disaster.

Everyone else here had the sensitivity to express their dismay at a terrible tragedy. You, however, chose to make what is at best an asinine, infantile, tasteless "joke", and an worst, could be considered a veiled threat.

I join others in expressing my condolences to the Polish nation and people in a time of grief and loss.

I'm sure that the feelings of the Russian and Polish people have for each other (hint- they can barely stand each other) that more conspiracy theories than jokes are being exchanged.

Sorry to hear about the crash, though.

Yeah, Ruveyn, fellow 24 August born fella, that post, (and others earlier), was pretty heartless man. Glad I differ quite a bit from you, iceman.... for this Polish catastrophe will hurt thousands of people big time. How can you drop such a post?

I feel very sorry for all those who grieve about this terrible accident and wish them strength.
