7. Jack is flexible and not stuck in any rigid beliefs like some people. If I explain something to him he'll change his opinion of me and realize I'm better than he thought I was (though he always loved me).

Despite a slightly grumpy mood, I feel in control.

Fifth time crying this week. I hate crying, especially in front of other people (and I almost always end up crying when there's a fight), especially in front of my mother.

That sounds more like a -1 to me, that sucks. What was it about?

We're not allowed overtime and I've been having to work longer b/c my coworker who does the same shift leaves early. I've already brought this up to my boss before and she said she'd deal with it which she never did. Then she acted like the conversation never even took place. It's good to know though that I'm not the only one who's been having issues with her. We've had other complaints at our residential care against her. She's an elderly herself so I don't know if she does this to be manipulative or she's having mental problems like forgetting.
