Sooo. I posted in the haven forums about how I attempted suicide but the damage didn't show up in the scans I had done. Some people believed there was no damage because nothing showed up on the scans. I should have said that's probably because it's damage to one of the arteries or something deeper so it didn't show up. I can tell there is damage because of the tightness and pain in my chest that won't go away. Its hard to breathe. It's been there for months and feels like it's too damaged to heal. It feels f****d up. Like I really f****d it up.

Does anyone know anything about stem cells? Maybe they might heal the damage. Anyone know any good websites for people that have injured themselves up due to suicide?

I feel pretty weakend so there doesn't seem to be much point in hanging out with people. Socializing is draining and if I get run down I could get sicker. I don't feel up to it. It doesn't even feel possible to keep up with people at this point. It is boring and lonely. I don't want to die. I want stem cells to cure me!!

Depending on the type of damage, internal or otherwise, the most-effective repair is really good nutrition. The expression «Let thy food be thy medicine» has thousands of years of backed up wisdom. Only in today's apparently cynical society does it seem to be that doctors are falsely promoted as being health-experts. They are not.

Depending on the type of suicide attempted, the type of damage done, even X-Rays or Scans will not be able to show or display or detect neurological-damage. Stem-cells also, from what I remember reading about from a long time ago, must be injected intravenously in order to have an effect or possible surgery (you can't just eat them in the style of pill-popping). You will probably want to take a more natural/effect approach then anything doctors give you.

Just in case you do not understand what I just linked in the above video-clip, a nerve-cell-regenerating treatment exists that uses a «break-through scientific-method» called binaural-beats or isochronic-tones. I will just leave you to look up those terms on your own if you want more detailed/specific information. Anyway, the way it works is that it is most-effective if you wear head-phones (maybe ear-phones could also work) for this, listening to specific frequencies for a couple of hours each day, for their respective purposes. You MUST drink a LOT of water when using this treatment-method (not tap-water of course, make sure it's purified/filtered, because you do not want the contaminants of fluoride or chlorine to impede with the restorative-functions of your body). I will now quote one of the comments to the above particular clip...

I have been listening to the "Nerve Regeneration" track now every night since my last post and have had nothing but good results since, and I don't have that knotted feeling of pressure I had in my head that I constantly had even with my psych meds. I am so glad there are people that are independently taking the time to try to help other people instead of just trying to make that quick buck like you see all over the rest of the internet.

And there you have it. You can also pull up more frequencies for their purposes, for example, cancer cure frequency, chest pain frequency, headache cure frequency, binaural beats for neck pain, isochronic tones for deep-sleep, etc. I do not recall what the optimum volume is to listen to these tones/frequencies/beats are but I think you want them to be just loud enough to be audible if/when using stereo-headphones. You can also peruse through the comments that people have left for the video-clips, whilst some people might make jokes about this type of health-restoration technology, the science backs it up as legitimate (look up, for example, Schumann resonance).

I also remember reading one comment about a guy who had been deaf all or perhaps most of his life but, although not a complete and entire recovery, mentioned that it only took two weeks of the frequency treatment before he realised that he could finally start hearing out of his left ear. Granted, according to him, his hearing was still not fully recovered or restored, but the fact that he could actually hear out of his ear made him absolutely ecstatic. Another thing I should mention is that these frequency treatment-methods also work best in a state of meditation (you should be able to learn proper meditation from any legitimate classes on chi-gung which should teach you how to breath deeply, slowly, relaxed, for that will help to re-exercise and recover your lung-muscles to be able to take in the maximum amount of oxygen that your body needs to be able to operate, instead of how most people today breath in very short and shallow breaths which often exacerbates other problems due to the lack of oxygen). Hope you find something that works for you.

Thankyou for your reply. You're pretty smart. Yeah I think just healthy food and water will probably be my only medicine. Stem cell treatment is probably a hard thing to accomplish.

Maybe you had a heart attack due to the method you used? Part of your heart muscle may be dead, and what remains of your heart is trying to compensate. People who damage their organs due to suicide attempts are not eligible for transplants, at least in the US. Sometimes this can be hell on earth for somebody who destroyed their liver in an OD and has to wait two or three weeks to die a certain death. Ban Dodger is right in this case, all you can do is try a truly healthy diet and find some way of trying to strengthen what's left of your heart.

Get yourself checked out. Who knows? Maybe your heart has healed.

Our body, at times, has amazing rejuvenative/healing powers.

It's always possible that your chest-pain symptoms is actually anxiety.
