In between somewhere of -10 and 5. Got a lot done today and accomplishing some things but feel like my feelings are never taken into account and don't know how to assert any feelings I have and I can't stand living in the shadows of my dad and I just know I'll never be independent as long as I live and feel left out of everything because I'm boring and have AS and my granny is getting worse day by day and I don't know what to do. :hmph:

I just don't understand what we're doing in class and doing crappily in that class because of it

I REALLY screwed up with my summative today :cry: I have to redo it on Monday :x

um.... about a 4-5? To be honest though, and this might sound kind of weird, I went off antidepressants because I kind of missed being depressed... when I was depressed in high school I felt this really intense desire to better myself any way I could, and after being on antidepressants for about 2 years I thought I'd lost that. I've been okay with it except for one really REALLY low moment a few days ago
