My high school English teacher did that every month. She'd buy a carton or 2 and the money she saved off the taxes was more than the gas to get there and back cost from Dallas.

Don't gamble in the Indian casinos in Oklahoma though, sometimes they don't pay up but you can't do anything about it because the land is under Choctaw law.

If Canada is like America I wouldn't worry much. We rarely deport illegal visitors from the country to the south.

At the end of the day anyone really serious about helping someone immigrate and has Canadian citizenship can always offer a 'passport marriage'.
I have known people here who helped people in this way, sometimes for cash but mainly out of compassion.
The main thing is to make sure all concerned parties are on the same page regarding the real status of the relationship!

Good one.....

I checked and marriage to a Canadian will make it easier, but not a guaranty of cizinship.

Bummer huh?

Yeah, how about that? Actually that would be weird, to marry someone just for citizenship.

Paperwork marriages are rarely consummated!!

I know a friend that married a Jordanian guy for citizenship, they stayed pseudo-married for like 3-4 years.

She said nothing physical ever happened!!
