Here's my advice for you. If you are having trouble calming down, then try to forget everything by focusing on something of your interest. Either a video on Youtube or play some of your favorite music for about 1 hour.
Trust me, it works. I recently came up with this Aspie Theory for myself, maybe it'll help you out.

Don't worry, your not alone. Each time my interests and my focus of them are interupted by the sounds of my parents around the house I say two things to myself. "I wish I was dead" and "I want my boifriend! (meaning girlfriend but I'm attracted to masculine women, but that's a different story.)"
It's all about focusing. If you focus on your stress, things get worse. If you focus on something that you love in life, your cares will go away. Sometimes I got to remind myself this too.
