cockneyrebel, whats londonfest?? u fianlly going to go see london??? yesterday i was thinking of you when i seen a movie about tthis girl who would always run, there was a few routemaster scenes i seem to not be able to find it now. it was on early yesterday morning

Dear bizarre,

I hope you feel better soon, mentally and physically...
I am not sure of the nature of your problem regarding going to the bathroom, but I've always found exercising that involves running/jumping, eating a lot of vegetables, and eating macrobiotic food to be helpful...
I believe there are situations involving the condition of the large intestine that require treatment from a doctor...but I hope your situation resolves without one..

Overall doing Ok...trying to keep myself awake during the day so that I may get out of this nightowl phase...
