I'm tired, my left eye is playing silly buggers again, my radio isn't working (I can't sleep without it on) and I keep on getting texts on my mobile from some bloke who insists i'm a lady called Vicky whom he met in North Wales three days ago.

I shall have to let him down gently in the morning, I'm going to bed.

There probably isn't much point in me telling you not to smoke or drink if it helps you deal with things, but I hope you find a better way than drinking/smoking

I don't know about the lying to people thing, I guess it depends what someone's lieing about etc
You should definitely eat though or you'll just make yourself ill and I don't want you to do that
I hope things get better for you though, I had a really sh*t time a couple of years ago and I didn't think it was going to improve but it did eventually. It's still not great now but it's better than it used to be, so I hope that happens for you too; you don't deserve to be depressed or sad all the time.
